Shipping & Returns

We currently do not mail hard copies of our charts.

We do however, have selected CD bundles available.  All CDs are shipped FREE anywhere in the world. :-)

All patterns are available immediately in your account to be downloaded.  They will remain available in your account indefinitely, so that you can reprint in the future if needed.

Patterns are in PDF format, which requires Adobe Reader, which most computers have.  If you need to download Adobe Reader, you can obtain it free at Adobe.com

Due to the nature of electronic products, refunds/exchanges are not permitted.
